At Debbie Flevotomou Architects (DFA), we understand that some may question our portfolio of large-scale built projects under our own name. While we are still building that chapter independently, our team’s track record speaks volumes — and so does our impact.
Our founder, Debbie Flevotomou, trained and worked at Foster + Partners, one of the most prestigious architectural firms in the world. She has contributed to a range of multi-billion-pound international projects, including major airports, masterplans, and cultural landmarks. Remarkably, 98% of the architectural projects Debbie has contributed to have received design awards, a testament to her consistent excellence, innovation, and design leadership.
Our directors and collaborators come from leading global firms and bring deep experience in delivering complex, high-value developments. We’ve partnered with internationally renowned companies such as Mott MacDonald, David Morley Architects, and some of the largest construction and development firms in Saudi Arabia. This positions us to operate at scale, integrating world-class engineering, sustainability, and delivery frameworks into every project.
Though we operate as a boutique practice, our structure allows us to collaborate with global leaders in architecture, construction, and infrastructure — delivering technically advanced, sustainable, and commercially successful design solutions across sectors and geographies.
At DFA, we are not defined solely by what we have built under our own name, but by the depth of expertise, the calibre of our collaborators, and the trust placed in us by visionary clients. We work with those who want to create lasting architectural impact — combining elegance, environmental intelligence, and a strong return on investment.
