We’ve occasionally been challenged on the fact that we haven’t yet delivered a large-scale built project under our own name. While this is true, it’s important to understand the depth of experience that defines our team.

Our founder, Debbie Flevotomou, trained and worked at Foster + Partners, one of the world’s leading architectural practices, contributing to some of the most ambitious and complex projects globally. Beyond this, our directors and collaborators bring experience from major international firms and landmark developments — including airports, MULTI BILLIONS mega-projects, and cultural institutions. We have partnered with globally recognised organisations such as Mott MacDonald, David Morley Architects, and some of the largest development and construction companies in Saudi Arabia, allowing us to operate at the highest level and scale of international design and delivery.

We may be a boutique studio in name, but we operate through partnerships with some of the world’s most respected engineering, architecture, and development firms. This allows us to deliver innovative, technically advanced, and commercially viable solutions — at any scale.
