The Challenge: The brief required the conceptualization and delivery of a high-density, multi-generational residential tower in London that meets aggressive net-zero sustainability benchmarks. The objective was to merge ultra-luxury, smart-home living with institutional-grade eco-infrastructure without compromising the aesthetic silhouette of the city skyline.
The THINK NATURE Solution: We engineered a pioneering biomimetic structural envelope utilizing advanced Cladding and Structural 3D Printing. The dynamic "Brise Soleil" façade acts as a climate-responsive membrane, integrating passive solar gain, PV panels, and automated natural cross-ventilation. The building operates as an autonomous ecosystem, featuring district heating, displacement ventilation, and comprehensive greywater/rainwater harvesting, all optimized by a centralized IoT (Internet of Things) resident management system.
The Commercial ROI: By drastically reducing the ecological footprint and embedding smart-infrastructure, The Cloud fundamentally lowers long-term operational and energy expenditures.
