Project: The Eco-Exo Tower (Mixed-Use Tower)
Location: United States
The Challenge: The brief demanded a revolutionary mixed-use skyscraper (integrating luxury residential and 5-star hospitality) capable of achieving net-zero energy status. The primary structural constraint was maximizing uninterrupted panoramic views and leasable floor space without relying on traditional internal load-bearing columns.
The THINK NATURE Solution: We engineered an advanced exoskeletal structural framework that shifts the load-bearing requirements to the exterior, completely eliminating internal columns. To achieve net-zero performance, the façade functions as a living power plant. We integrated AI-optimized Kinetic Solar Vines that track the sun's trajectory, transparent photovoltaic glass across all glazing, and comprehensive rainwater and greywater recycling systems.
The Commercial ROI: The column-free floor plates significantly increase the premium usable square footage, driving higher property valuations and lease rates. By generating its own power and recycling resources, the tower drastically reduces operational overhead, creating a high-yield, future-proof asset for institutional investors and luxury buyers.
