The design features a series of intimate, standalone villas, each situated on its own small island. Every villa comes with its own private swimming pool, providing a secluded and serene retreat for guests. These villas are crafted with kinetic / revolving architecture, meaning that each structure is designed to revolve around itself, constantly adjusting to face the sun. This unique feature maximizes exposure to sunlight, collecting energy from solar panels and promoting natural energy efficiency and ensuring that each villa benefits from the optimal amount of daylight throughout the day.
